In alignment with InterVarsity's vision to advance God's Kingdom on campus, NaKhia comes alongside the Regional Ministry Director and the Regional Leadership Team in developing staff across the Mid-Atlantic region. With her 20+ years of experience on staff, NaKhia takes joy investing in staff and developing leaders, primarily through coaching and mentoring. She also works with regional leadership to help create systems and a culture for staff to thrive. She has a key role in the region's Equity in Ministry Partner Development Plan, an effort working towards equity in fund development for all staff. Additionally, NaKhia serves with the National BCM Department mentoring and coaching Black staff leaders from around the country.
