I was offered the opportunity to become the Campus Staff Member for the University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University in 2011. These particular campuses have been targeted as strategic locations for continued ministry to students and faculty. UNT and TWU together have grown to become one of the largest campuses in the state of Texas. Naturally, I was faced with the critical decision of resigning from my stable healthcare job and joining the efforts of IVCF on a full-time basis. There was much anxiety and excitement connected to this decision, but I have true confirmationin my heart to accept this position with IVCF. I genuinely feel a strong calling on my life to empower students and faculty to champion the cause of Christ on university campuses and to become a catalyst for future leaders.

In 2014 I was asked to take over as the Area Director State Universities of Greater North Texas. I oversaw a staff team of 11 paid staff and 3 official staff volunteers. It had been a tremendous uphill battle to regrow the area. There had been difficult moments as well as joyful ones. Looking back though, it was some of the greatest ministry years of my life.

In 2020, I served as the Associate Regional Director of the Red River Region. In marketplace terms I serve as the Chief of Staff and Executive Director of Strategy and Innovation for the region. I help assist in leading and supervising the regional ministry team of directors and coordinators across 4 states to help set missional vision and direction, to contribute to the accomplishment of the ministry team's plans for spiritual growth and transformation, and to provide regional leadership in specific areas throughout the year.

I recently accepted the role to serve now as the National Associate Chief of Staff and Senior Field Director. I will be working directly with the Executive Director for Field Ministries and also working under the leadership of the Chief Campus Ministry Office. Alongside the Associate Chief of Staff role, I will function as the Associate Executive Director (of in IV Workday terminology - the Senior Field Director) overseeing both national departments and projects that are both important and urgent to our ministry in this season.
